The higher of the actual weight or the volumetric weight is considered while shipping the packages. For example, a large low-density parcel may take more aircraft space than its scale weight suggests — carriers use volumetric rules so pricing stays fair.

The company does not allow cash transactions — nothing is paid to the pickup person. Payment can be made through IMPS, debit/credit card, PayPal, Western Union, Paytm, or other agreed modes.

Debit/credit card transactions may attract a fee of 3.34% borne by the customer. PayPal may attract about 12% (forex and transaction fees) borne by the customer.

Your booking ID is the tracking number — keep it when you pay the token. Track your parcel here.

UBT is a courier and cargo consolidator. Parcels are routed through the Delhi sorting centre for consolidation and security screening.

UBT does not provide packaging on your premises. You may ship fragile items if you pack them well; damage in transit remains a risk despite careful handling.

There is no fixed formula — destination customs may inspect shipments and apply duties based on item type, value, and local rules.

Standard packaging at pickup is not included. At the Delhi sorting centre, if packing is not fit for international carriage, repackaging may be offered with your consent and extra charges.
